Great food and fine wine are two of the basic pleasures in life. Several years ago, a world famous artist serendipitously met a dedicated wine grower with similar interests over several such bottles. They enjoyed discussing art then ultimately returned to the wine, when they began to seriously consider the idea of making their own special varietal.
